Area Works Coordinator – Hybrid (London)

Guinness Partnership is seeking an Area Works Coordinator to join the Operational Support Team at our London Euston Road office. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with shifts 8.00am-7.00pm Mon-Fri plus Saturday mornings, on a rota basis, and a hybrid pattern of three office days and two remote days.

You will administer support to regional operations, manage resources, plan and handle queries for maintenance repairs and empty homes, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer focus.
