HC-One – Larkhill Hall is seeking a Maintenance Operative to keep residents’ environments proactively maintained and safely audited. The role covers building, maintenance, cleaning and basic IT literacy, with training provided.
You will replace taps, fix extractor fans, repair window timber, apply wallpaper and support colleagues with a kind, resident-focused approach. DBS/PVG checks, uniform, meals on shifts, enhanced benefits, and development opportunities are included.
