Dairy Production Operative: Training & Progression

Cotteswold Dairy in Tewkesbury is hiring Production Operatives for our busy production site. This entry-level role offers full training, a 37.5 hour week across 5 shifts, and a real pathway into manufacturing.

You’ll operate and monitor lines, pack products, maintain hygiene, and support a collaborative team. Training includes COSHH and Level 2 Food Safety; previous dairy experience is a plus but not required.
