Behaviour Support Mentor – Inspire Student Growth

St Bede’s and St Joseph’s Catholic College invites applications for a permanent Behaviour Support Assistant to help students overcome behavioural barriers and engage with learning. You will mentor individuals and small groups, foster a positive classroom environment and support inclusion strategies across the college.

The role focuses on mentoring, data monitoring and collaboration with teachers and families to improve student outcomes. Term-time adjustments apply with two additional days.
