Assistant Maths Hub Lead (Reception and Operations)

About You:

The successful candidate will be an excellent team player, have a ‘can-do’ attitude and will be committed to continuous improvement. You will be well-organised, with a pro-active approach to work showing clear communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptable problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Reception teacher, with a detailed understanding of the Reception curriculum. You will have a desire to strengthen early mathematics provision and improving outcomes for young children across the Angles Maths Hub region.

Essential:

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Expert knowledge of the Reception curriculum
• Reception and Primary teaching expertise
• Confidence leading/collaborating with peers
• Excellent people management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude

Desirable:

• Experience of delivering CPD
• An understanding of the Maths Hub network
• Experience of all aspects of line management
