Bakery Production Operative – Rotating 12h Shifts

pladis operates a Halifax factory producing iconic baked goods on a busy production line. The Team Member 1 (FTC) role focuses on overseeing baking, monitoring quality, maintaining equipment, and ensuring hygiene and safety throughout shifts.

The position requires flexibility for 12-hour rotating patterns (06:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00) with no weekends, and preference for GCSE English and Maths. Training is provided as part of joining the pladis family.
