The Inn Collection Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for The Waterhead Inn in Ambleside. You will report to the General Manager and lead the team to ensure a warm, efficient guest experience in a busy inn with rooms.

You’ll oversee daily duties, coordinate with chefs, management, and suppliers, and handle stock, accounts, and occasional guest sleepovers. A hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality will fit right in.
