Job Vacancy: School Caretakers (Immediate Start!)
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable School Caretakers to join our team for work within schools across the Greater Manchester area.
Location: Greater ManchesterPay Rate: From £12.71/hourStart Date: ImmediatelyShifts: Monday – Friday, split shifts between the hours of 6am – 10am & 2pm – 7pm (may vary depending on the school)
What You’ll Do
- Ensure all areas of the school are clean, tidy and safe
- Litter picking
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting and wiping all areas of the school including classrooms and common areas
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the school management team
- Restock cleaning suppliesFollow cleaning guidelines and COSHH regulations
- Opening and closing the school, ensuring safety of all pupils and staff
You Should Have
- Great attention to detail
- Previous experience in a cleaning role
- A friendly and positive attitude
- The ability to work alone
- Reliability and good timekeeping
- Good time management
- Enhanced DBS with Child Barring
