Learning Support Assistant (Support Staff)

We are looking to appoint Learning Support Assistants who are:

• Highly motivated, creative andwell organised
• Able to work with a range of pupilswho have Special Educational Needs/disabilities
• Have an NVQ 3 or equivalentqualification
• Be a great team player who cancollaborate with others and contribute to the smooth functioning and workingsof the school
• Be able to adapt activities andfacilitate learning for individuals
• Be able to plan for pupilsalongside the teacher, providing an individualised curriculum to suit the needsof your key pupil so they can reach their potential
• Provide learning experienceswhich develop the whole child so that they can gain the independence and skillsthey need to prepare them for adulthood
