Reading & Foundational Skills Teaching Assistant

Thornhill Community Academy A Share Academy is seeking an Educational Teaching Assistant to play a key role in our Reading and Foundational Skills Team. You will deliver high-impact interventions across literacy, reading, transcription, and numeracy to accelerate student progress and foster independence.

The ideal candidate will have GCSE English and Maths at C/4 or above, NVQ Level 3 TA or equivalent, and a strong track record in SEND.
