Primary School Outreach & Intervention Support Worker

City of York Council is seeking a post holder to join the Danesgate REACH Hub team, delivering outreach, inclusion and intervention support to mainstream schools and PRU teams.

The role focuses on primary support, de-escalation strategies and ensuring pupil safety, working directly with individuals and small groups under supervision.
