Leisure Club Manager: Drive Commercial Growth & Hospitality

Village Hotels is seeking a dynamic Leisure Club Manager to lead a high-volume leisure operation onsite. You will own sales, membership retention and the delivery of a local strategy that drives commercial performance and guest satisfaction.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will inspire a team of Leisure Team Leaders and Sales Teams, manage governance and safety, and champion brand standards to deliver outstanding hospitality and measurable results.
