• Confident in their ability to manage a whole classof students within the age range 11 to 16.
• Able to communicate appropriately and effectivelywith young people.
• Able to manage behaviour in the classroom to ensurestudents remain engaged in set work.
• Flexible to work throughout the school withindifferent departments and with different age ranges daily.
• Someone who shares our moral purpose of ensuringthat all of our young people receive the best education possible in asupportive environment from people who care about them.
• Someone who is passionate about teaching andlearning and who will inspire our students to achieve their potential.
• Act as a role model to students so professionalismand confidentiality will be key attributes.
