Guest Services Agent — Luxury Hotel Guest Experience

The Berkeley, part of the Maybourne Hotel Group, seeks a Guest Services Agent to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a luxury setting between Hyde Park, Knightsbridge and Belgravia.

You will be a confident communicator, provide welcoming service, handle check-ins and check-outs, promote hotel facilities, liaise with other departments and uphold LQA standards. Opera PMS knowledge is a plus; previous reception experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.
