Customer-Focused Retail Assistant – Growth Path & Perks

The Regatta Group in Ilkley is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to join our Regatta store team. Working 6 hours per week, you will help customers with personalised advice and create an inviting shopping experience.

You’ll build product knowledge across Craghoppers, Dare2b and Regatta, keep displays neat, replenish stock and support a warm, helpful store culture. Training and opportunities within our Trailblazers development programme are provided.
