About the Role
The successful candidate will:
- Provide high-quality support for teaching, learning, and pupil wellbeing across the school
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils access learning and achieve their full potential
- Support children with a range of needs, including pupils with SEND, through inclusive and nurturing approaches
- Help create a calm, positive, and engaging learning environment where all children feel safe, valued, and supported
- Deliver engaging and purposeful play opportunities that encourage creativity, independence, cooperation, and enjoyment during lunchtimes and outdoor play sessions
- Promote positive behaviour, social interaction, and emotional wellbeing through play and structured support
- Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and support our values-driven ethos
- Support the school’s commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and pupil development
