Global DEI & Belonging Intern – London

Simon-Kucher in London is seeking a DEI Intern to join our Group HR team for Autumn 2026. This full-time, paid internship lasts three months and offers exposure to global DEI initiatives, culture and employee experience projects.

You will support planning, coordination and execution of DEI activities, develop resources, analyse feedback and help maintain project spaces and communications across regions. A 2:1 degree and strong MS Office skills are expected.
