Field Property Inspector – Lettings & Reports

Command is seeking a meticulous Property Inspections Clerk for a field-based role covering Upminster and surrounding areas. You will visit residential properties, assess condition, and prepare detailed reports for landlords and internal teams.

You will use tablet-based software to capture observations, coordinate with Property Managers, and ensure timely, accurate documentation while upholding high tenancy standards. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
