You will work within a collaborative tax team to provide cross-functional solutions and develop junior staff. You’ll stay current with international tax rules and guide clients through complex planning and compliance, contributing to business development and long-term client relationships. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee private client tax portfolios with international scope
- Provide strategic tax planning advice to high-net-worth individuals
- Review and ensure accuracy of tax compliance work by juniors
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver holistic client solutions
- Stay updated on international tax legislation and advise clients accordingly
- Develop and train team members within the tax department
- Support business development, including client acquisition and relationship management
- Ensure adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements
Key requirements
- Professional qualifications in tax or accountancy (CTA, ACA, or ACCA)
- Extensive private client tax experience in professional services
- Strong knowledge of international tax regulations and planning strategies
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor and develop junior staff
