Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of family law matters (divorce and financial remedy, private children matters)
• Handle cohabitation and separation agreements and pre/post-nuptial agreements
• Assist with domestic abuse matters where appropriate
• Provide clear, empathetic client advice and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate within a large, well-structured team to deliver high-quality service

Key requirements

• 2-5 years PQE in family law
• Strong technical knowledge across core family law areas
• Excellent communication and client handling skills
• Ability to manage matters independently with appropriate supervision
• Proactive, organized and empathetic approach
• Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
