In this role you will manage a high-value, sensitive caseload focused on fatal road traffic accident (RTA) claims within a leading personal injury team. You will support complex matters for vulnerable clients, coordinate with experts and stakeholders, and contribute to the department’s growth and strategy. Your work will involve line management elements and mentoring juniors, while maintaining exceptional client service. Responsibilities

• Manage fatal RTA claims and related high-value personal injury matters
• Coordinate with experts, counsel, referrers and stakeholders
• Support the department’s business plan and growth initiatives
• Provide line management and mentoring to junior colleagues
• Contribute to development of the team and cross-functional collaboration
• Handle cases involving vulnerable clients, cycling injuries, and animal-related injuries

Key requirements

• 6+ years PQE in personal injury
• Substantial experience in fatal RTA claims
• Strong client management and exceptional service
• Proven ability to generate new business through BD activity
• Excellent technical knowledge and sector awareness
• Desirable: supervision/mentoring of junior staff
• Desirable: solid business plan or growth proposition
