Corporate Associate – Cardiff

Overview

In this role you join a leading Cardiff corporate team to handle a broad suite of corporate matters. You will work on complex transactions within a supportive, collaborative firm that values high-quality work and clear career progression. You will tackle deals across corporate finance, M&A, disposals, JVs, MBOs/MBIs, restructurings, and PE/VC investments. Responsibilities

• Advise on and execute a broad range of corporate matters and transactions
• Participate in corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures
• Involve in management buy-outs/buy-ins and business transfers
• Assist with restructuring and PE/VC investments
• Collaborate with partners and support teams to deliver high-quality services

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE
• solid experience of complex corporate transactions
• experience in a top-tier or high-quality corporate team (preferred)
• ability to work on a broad range of matters
