Asbestos-focused Senior Lawyer to join a leading claimant firm in Cardiff, handling high-value, complex disease claims. You will manage multi-track litigation from instruction through trial, working with medical experts and counsel. The role combines case strategy, drafting and negotiation with a focus on client care in sensitive cases. You will contribute to a collaborative team culture and guide colleagues, shaping best practices in a specialized field.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-value, multi-track caseload including complex asbestos disease claims
• Lead high-value multi-track litigation and conduct cases through to trial
• Issue cases in the Royal Courts of Justice, London
• Draft, negotiate and plan strategic case moves
• Collaborate with medical experts, counsel and support services
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior colleagues
• Promote best-practice and consistency in case handling
• Deliver exceptional client care in highly sensitive circumstances
