Managing Associate – Real Estate (Energy) – Bristol

As a senior real estate lawyer in a Bristol-based energy-focused team, you will manage key developer and landowner matters across renewable assets, support portfolio transactions, and help grow the firm’s Energy offering. You will collaborate with colleagues across the Bristol office and network, driving business development and client relationships. Responsibilities

• Act for developer and landowner clients in the Energy sector
• Advise on ground-mounted and rooftop solar, BESS, wind, and other renewables
• Support corporate/commercial teams on portfolio acquisitions, disposals, and financing
• Contribute to strategic growth of the firm’s Energy sector offering
• Collaborate across the Bristol office and wider network
• Engage in business development and client relationship management

Key requirements

• 7+ years’ PQE in commercial real estate with significant Energy sector experience
• Strong technical expertise and a commercial, solutions-focused approach
• Genuine interest in developing and expanding the firm’s Energy offering
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational ability and experience managing competing priorities
