Overview
In this role you will manage residential property transactions from start to finish and advise clients in a busy Exeter team. You will handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity with minimal supervision, while building relationships with clients and referrers. You will contribute to marketing and business development, supporting the firm’s growth and reputation. This is a client‑facing, growth‑oriented opportunity within a respected Devon practice. You will work independently and as part of a collaborative team to deliver high‑quality conveyancing services.

Responsibilities
- Handle residential property transactions from start to finish (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity)
- Work with minimal supervision while maintaining quality.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and referrers

Key requirements
- 1–5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Qualified as Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer
- Solid residential conveyancing experience
