Program Manager, CAT

Overview

As a Program Manager at Amazon, you drive global, efficient supply chains through data-driven programs. You collaborate with cross-functional and operations teams to optimise operating models, tackle complex problems, and deliver scalable solutions. You’ll influence change, define programs, and communicate outcomes to senior stakeholders, contributing to safer, faster, and more cost-efficient delivery. This role offers variety, impact, and the chance to advance Amazon’s transport performance.

Responsibilities

• Define program and operating models for the business
• Analyse and interpret data to improve efficiency across programs and multiple operations
• Partner with teams to advise on and manage operational challenges
• Support the planning and organisation of complex projects
• Create short- and long-term innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges
• Enhance operational performance and influence change needed from stakeholder teams
• Act as a subject matter expert, supporting teams and contributing to reliable partnerships with internal stakeholders
• Analyse complex data to explain KPI performance and identify opportunities to achieve higher targets
• Communicate findings and proposals clearly, verbally and in writing

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross-functional interactions
• Experience in complex problem solving and working in tight schedule environments
• Experience implementing process improvements
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
