Responsibilities

• Deliver programme financial, performance, and delivery objectives and report to the Business Area Manager
• Build and lead cross-functional teams to achieve programme goals
• Oversee all programme phases: bid decisions, proposals, negotiations, award, start-up, execution, sustainment, and closure
• Develop and maintain programme and subcontract management plans, schedules, and baselines
• Ensure delivery meets cost, schedule, quality, sales, and profit targets
• Implement Programme Performance Management, including Earned Value Management (EVM) and subcontractor compliance
• Manage risk, opportunity, data, and configuration across programmes
• Lead the team in identifying, tracking, and delivering Mission Success Events

Key requirements

• Significant experience as a Programme Manager in the Defence sector
• Track record of managing large-scale, complex projects (10M+)
• Strong PMO collaboration experience to deliver on time and within budget
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic/financial decisions
