Overview

In this role, you drive adoption and organizational change for strategically important transformations within RBC Wealth Management Europe. You will own adoption strategy for CAO-led initiatives and partner on portfolio-wide readiness to deliver sustained business value. You lead multi-workstream change activity, ensure governance alignment, and measure impact through KPIs and benefits realisation. This position offers leadership of a small team and a meaningful opportunity to shape client outcomes in a regulated, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead CAO business-owned initiatives (regulatory, process, and strategy) with client impact focus
  • Collaborate with the WME Business Change & Transformation team on enterprise technology projects ensuring readiness standards
  • Lead change readiness planning and execution including capability assessment, training coordination, and go-live activities
  • Manage multiple project workstreams, coordinate change activities and resolve dependencies
  • Uphold strong project governance and ensure artefacts align with RBC governance model
  • Measure success via KPIs, risk reduction, efficiency gains, and client experience improvements
  • Identify business impacts with stakeholders that affect delivery feasibility
  • Track project risks, issues, actions, and dependencies with resolution paths
  • Apply methodologies (agile/waterfall) and appropriate documentation to projects
  • Support solution implementation through stakeholder comms, business testing, and readiness activities

Key requirements

  • Proven track record leading adoption for transformation projects
  • Demonstrated success driving business value through adoption (benefits realisation, user adoption targets)
  • Experience in highly regulated environments
  • Experience mentoring and developing change practitioners
  • Expert-level adoption planning and change impact assessment
  • Strategic thinking; able to see broader business implications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
