Learning & Development Partner – UK&I

Overview

As Learning & Development Partner you design and deliver programmes that build leadership capability across the business. You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify capability gaps, scope and create multi-format content anchored in our leadership values. You will facilitate sessions, support internal facilitators, and measure impact to continuously improve learning. This role plays a pivotal part in driving performance conversations and talent development within a fast-scaling, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define objectives and outcomes via learning needs analysis
• Design programmes for all levels, applying adult learning principles and multiple formats
• Deliver and facilitate learning sessions across audiences and formats
• Coordinate internal facilitators and manage external providers as needed
• Define success metrics, evaluate impact, and report insights to leadership
• Drive continuous improvement and leverage market best practice, including AI-enabled solutions

Key requirements

• Experience scoping, designing and delivering learning programmes
• Strong facilitation skills across formats and audiences
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Experience designing leadership, management or talent content
• Confident partnering and influencing senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring learning impact
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
