Overview

As a Construction Solicitor, you will handle a broad mix of non-contentious and contentious construction work for a top UK firm. You will draft and negotiate amendments to standard-form contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC) for high-profile developments, and advise on consultant appointments and warranties. You will collaborate on complex disputes while contributing to business development and client relationships in a supportive, collegiate team. Responsibilities

• advise on non-contentious and contentious construction matters
• draft and negotiate amendments to JCT/NEC/FIDIC contracts
• advise on consultant appointments and collateral warranties
• work on innovations and complex disputes
• support business development and client relationship management
• contribute to growth and development of the construction team

Key requirements

• 4+ PQE in construction law
• experience in both non-contentious and contentious matters
• ability to draft/negotiate JCT NEC FIDIC
