Supply Chain Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will manage delivery milestones and governance for a portfolio of supply chain transformation projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain rigorous documentation, and ensure alignment with deadlines while supporting project leads and sponsors. You’ll drive stage-gate compliance, risk management, and benefit tracking to keep initiatives on track. This position sits within the Supply Chain Transformation agenda, offering exposure to multiple programmes and high-impact strategic priorities. You will collaborate with partners to enable momentum and deliver tangible improvements in productivity and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery milestones and governance for assigned projects, including detailed planning and progress tracking
• Maintain accurate project documentation (RAID logs, governance documents, status reports) and ensure accessibility for stakeholders
• Facilitate governance routines and reporting, support stage gate submissions and dashboard updates, assist with benefit tracking and closure
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalate as needed, and work with Project Leads and Sponsors to resolve blockers
• Promote stage gate compliance by guiding teams on documentation and governance requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities
• Provide delivery structure and discipline while respecting project ownership of scope and benefits
• Flex across multiple programmes and adapt to shifting priorities within the Supply Chain Transformation agenda
