You will manage a sophisticated caseload, drive strategy, and supervise junior colleagues while maintaining high standards of service and compliance. Responsibilities

  • Lead on complex corporate and education M&A transactions
  • Manage matters independently with strong financial discipline (time recording, billing, cost awareness)
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members
  • Build and maintain client relationships to generate new and repeat work
  • Drive business development through seminars, networking, pitches, and thought leadership
  • Identify new markets, service lines, and growth opportunities
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery, compliance, and professional conduct
  • Collaborate across teams and contribute to a collegiate culture
  • Stay up to date with legal developments and CPD activities

Key requirements

  • Strong experience in corporate or education M&A
  • Proven ability to supervise and develop junior colleagues
