In this Capital Markets consultative role, you will deliver strategic engagements that address client challenges and drive measurable value. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, build trusted relationships, and help grow Accenture’s business with financial services clients. You will contribute to thought leadership and offerings while advancing diversity and inclusion across teams. Responsibilities

  • Deliver consulting engagements that create lasting client value
  • Tackle complex, ambiguous business and tech problems with a structured, data-driven approach
  • Build and maintain client and internal team relationships in a dynamic setting
  • Support business development and sales, collaborating with leaders and teams to pursue opportunities
  • Help run and govern Accenture’s business with discipline and integrity
  • Develop and champion offerings within the Capital Markets practice
  • Lead creation of thought leadership assets to enhance market presence
  • Champion diversity and inclusion across teams

Key requirements

  • Consulting experience in Financial Services (external firm or in‑house)
  • Strong understanding of Capital Markets across client segments, processes, and product types
  • Knowledge of current Capital Markets trends and driving viewpoints
  • Excellent consulting and problem-solving skills with experience in research, quantitative analysis, and executive communication
  • Project and programme delivery experience with solid lifecycle understanding
  • Experience in project management or business analysis in financial services/capital markets
  • Appreciation of technology’s role in solving business problems; ability to operate at business-technology interface
  • Strong intellectual capacity to think innovatively in uncertain situations
  • Proven presentation skills and ability to lead meetings and workshops with clear communication
