Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters (acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant)
• Draft, review and negotiate leases, contracts, licences and other real estate documentation
• Advise on development projects, property finance transactions and strategic real estate matters
• Build strong client relationships and deliver responsive, commercially focused legal advice
• Support business development initiatives and the growth of the team

Key requirements
