Senior Product Applications Engineer

Overview

In this role you will support Wide Bandgap power switches for AI data center, automotive, energy and industrial applications, shaping high-voltage power solutions. You will collaborate with system architects and customers to validate performance and address design challenges. You will create technical collateral, deliver training, and help extend our HV power conversion offerings through content and engagement with cross-functional teams. This position offers the chance to influence product roadmaps and contribute to sustainable energy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical support on hardware design, software integration, and system application development
• Collaborate with lead system architects on HV power conversion evaluation and performance analysis
• Work with customers and Field Application Engineers to solve design challenges
• Support product launches with benchtop measurements and creation of datasheets, evaluation boards, user guides, and technical articles
• Deliver technical training and develop content for internal teams and partners
• Expand reach of HV power conversion solutions through blogs, videos, and technical articles
• Partner with marketing and domain teams to shape engagement strategies and roadmaps
• Identify trends and contribute to innovative product definitions and proposals
• Work on HV DC-DC modules and Power Distribution Boards projects

Key requirements

• Hands-on silicon evaluation and system-level design
• Familiar with High Voltage & High Power measurement equipment
• Familiar with circuit design/simulation tools and lab equipment
• Familiar with Digital Signal Processing
• Interest in Wide Bandgap technology and High-Voltage Power Conversion systems
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
• Enthusiastic, ambitious, self-driven team player with ability to operate in a fast-paced technical role
