Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide range of funding arrangements, including day‑to‑day banking and cross‑border finance projects
• Manage secured and unsecured lending, development and property finance, trade and commodity finance, acquisition finance, project finance, asset finance and structured finance
• Handle sophisticated intercreditor and security‑sharing arrangements
• Deliver high‑quality legal work with commercial insight to achieve excellent client outcomes
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support complex financing transactions

Key requirements

• 6+ PQE in Banking & Finance
• Senior solicitor with experience handling complex financing matters
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
• Ability to manage high‑quality, high‑stakes matters for top clients
• Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder management skills
