Overview

In this role you will manage a varied residential property caseload within a growing Bath firm, delivering end-to-end conveyancing using modern tech. You will advise clients professionally, build strong relationships, and work with partners to scope and price work while developing your own network. The role combines client service, transaction leadership, and business development in a collaborative team. Responsibilities

• Manage own residential property caseload and contribute to the wider team
• Handle a broad range of residential property transactions
• Deliver end-to-end digital conveyancing using modern technology
• Provide commercially astute legal advice and excellent client service
• Efficiently manage transactional matters and build client relationships
• Collaborate with partners to scope, price, and deliver work
• Develop own client relationships and professional profile
• Lead and contribute to business development initiatives
• Build a network of clients, contacts, and referrers
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across the firm
• Participate in team and sector pitches
• Maintain accurate time recording, WIP monitoring, and billing
• Work towards individual and team KPIs

Key requirements

• 6+ years PQE (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx)
• Strong experience in residential property work
