Automation Test Engineer – AI

Overview

In this AI‑driven QA role, you’ll act as a proactive consultant to embed shift-left and AI-first testing across the SDLC. You’ll apply AI-enhanced testing to speed, accuracy and scalability, leveraging cloud environments and OOP to build robust automation. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to modernize testing and deliver data‑driven quality insights for clients. This is a chance to shape testing practices in secure, regulated environments at scale.

Responsibilities

• Embed Shift Left and AI‑Assisted Quality Practice in requirements/design discussions and test planning
• Conduct intelligent exploratory testing using AI insights to identify risks and defects
• Develop modular automated test frameworks with OOP (Java/Python) and AI augmentation
• Operate in AWS/GCP to run cloud-native tests, manage data pipelines, and monitor quality signals in CI/CD
• Design and experiment with Agentic AI testing, including autonomous test agents and AI-driven defect analysis
• Improve client delivery with AI insights to optimize QA processes and deployment speed
• Maintain collaboration with cross‑functional teams to strengthen feedback loops between developers, product owners, and stakeholders

Key requirements

• 2+ years in Quality Engineering / Technical Testing
• Shift Left experience with AI-assisted analysis
• Manual and Exploratory Testing with data-driven or AI-supported techniques
• Proficiency in Java or Python and OOP principles
• Hands‑on with Playwright, Selenium or Cypress
• Experience with AI‑augmented testing tools or AI scripting
• Independent, able to manage workstreams with minimal supervision
• API testing experience (Postman or equivalent)
