Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a high-value defendant catastrophic injury caseload (motor, EL, PL)
• Handle cases involving severe injuries and complex quantum issues
• Conduct detailed Ogden table and future loss analyses
• Tackle high-profile, sensitive, technically challenging matters
• Collaborate closely with Partners recognized as market leaders
• Work with insurers, corporates, and London market clients
• Support junior lawyers and contribute to team development
• Promote innovation, process improvement, and best-practice delivery

Key requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in catastrophic injury work
• Proven experience handling high-value motor, EL and PL claims
• Strong technical expertise: Ogden tables and future losses
• Experience contributing on large, complex cases within a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
