Overview
In this role you help clients raise capital and provide strategic advisory on mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions as part of the Institutional Banking team. You will assist senior bankers on client transactions, organize and analyze complex financial data, and build valuation models. You act as a bridge in client-facing work and contribute to pitches and live deals. This position supports the firm’s aim to deliver informed, data-driven investment strategies for clients.
Responsibilities
- Organize and analyze sophisticated financial data for proposals and strategic plans
- Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials, and exhibits for pitches and live deals
- Conduct economic/financial research
- Evaluate a company’s financial performance against industry and market trends
- Build complex financial models for valuation purposes
- Collaborate with senior officers on client transactions as part of the team
