Filor Court provide supported housing for adults living with mental ill health and addiction. With 41 self-contained flats and a diverse team and resident community, this is a rewarding service where every day brings something different.
As a Project Worker, you’ll support people to maintain their independence, build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve their personal goals.
?? About the Role
A typical week might involve:
- One-to-one keyworking and support planning
- Facilitating groups and activities
- Supporting tenants with budgeting, appointments, and daily living skills
- Transporting and accompanying tenants to appointments and community activities
- Advocating with healthcare professionals, housing providers, and other agencies
- Supporting health and safety checks across the service
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Managing challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
