Overview
Pathway Legal is working with an established national law firm seeking a Post Completion Team Supervisor to join its busy Real Estate team in Belfast. Hybrid working is available.
This is an excellent opportunity for a career paralegal with property experience who enjoys leading a team. It could also suit a senior property or conveyancing secretary with experience supervising colleagues and managing post-completion work.
Key responsibilities
- Leading the post-completion team across registrations, SDLT returns, lender requirements and related tasks
- Allocating work, managing workloads and ensuring deadlines and service standards are met
- Handling complex queries and working closely with solicitors, paralegals and partners
- Improving processes, accuracy and risk management
- Training and mentoring colleagues, monitoring performance and reporting to senior management
Candidate profile
- At least one years experience in property law or conveyancing, including post-completion work
- Experience supervising colleagues, allocating work or mentoring others
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
Youll join a national Real Estate team with a broad range of property work and the opportunity to help shape how the post-completion team operates.
