About you:
- Proven experience in operations, programme or general management, preferably within a high-growth scale-up tech environment
- Strong strategic thinker with excellent organisational skills and commercial judgement
- Capable of managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and external service providers
- Calm, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Based in Dublin with the ability to work primarily from the city-centre office
What you’ll do:
- Establish and lead the management cadence: meetings, scorecards, decision logs, and action tracking
- Oversee HR processes through an external partner, including onboarding and policy compliance
- Drive recruitment end-to-end, ensuring hiring plans are met with quality candidates
- Manage company governance, legal projects, and investor relations in coordination with external counsel
- Partner with finance on budgets, procurement, and operational planning
- Coordinate office facilities, events, and vendor relationships to support company growth
- Maintain an integrated plan for data centre projects, funding rounds, and certifications, identifying and escalating risks early
