Salary/Benefits
- £28,500 per annum
- Monday to Thursday: 8am to 4pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am to 4pm
- No weekends or overnight shifts

About you
- Previous experience in a customer service or order processing role within supply chain or FMCG sectors
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Experience with Business Central or similar ERP systems is desirable
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
What you’ll do
- Process EDI and manual orders using Navision for a range of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Liaise with customers regarding delivery queries and resolve issues promptly
- Chase late or problematic deliveries in coordination with third-party logistics providers
- Produce weekly Service Level reports for key accounts
- Update order forecasts and monitor promotional line orders and phasing
- Manage delivery bookings and coordinate with distribution services
- Identify root causes of delivery or service issues and report to management for continuous improvement
