Order Processor required to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Ballymoney. This would be a permanent opportunity working MondayThursday 7:00am4:30pm and Friday 7:00am12:30pm. For successful candidates we can offer £38,000 annually and long-term career prospects.
The successful candidate will manage the complete order process from customer order entry through to production scheduling and delivery planning, ensuring orders are processed accurately and customers receive an excellent level of service.
Key Responsibilities
? Accurately process customer orders using Business Micros and the company’s ERP/MRP system.
? Check product specifications including dimensions, colours, foils, hardware, glazing, thresholds, opening directions and any special requirements.
? Confirm manufacturability, including size limits, profile compatibility from site.
? Create and verify Bills of Materials (BOMs).
? Issue order acknowledgements and manage amendments before production.
? Identify and escalate non-standard or technically complex orders.
? Ensure compliance with customer specifications, including safety glazing, PAS 24, and energy performance requirements where applicable.
? Monitor material availability and amend schedules where required.
What We Need From You
- Previous experience in an Order Processing role within a manufacturing environment
- Experience using Business Micros or similar processing software is essential.
