I’m working with a well-established nursing home in Magherafelt that’s looking to bring in a Deputy Nurse Manager.
This could suit an experienced Senior Nurse who’s ready for a step up, or an existing Deputy Nurse Manager looking for a change.
You’ll work closely with the Nurse Manager, support the nursing team, oversee clinical standards and have a real say in the day-to-day running of the home.

What I’m looking for:
Active NMC PIN Nursing home experience Previous leadership experience, whether as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager Someone who enjoys supporting staff and maintaining high standards of care
