New: Finance Lawyer, 3-6 PQE, £73,000 to £90,000, Leading International Firm, Manchesternnn A leading international firm is hiring a finance lawyer with 3-6 years' PQE into its Manchester office, part of a national finance team.nnn The core of the role is asset-based lending and receivables financing, and you'll work alongside lawyers recognised as leaders in that field.nnn Lender clients include UK clearing banks, independent asset-based lenders, debt funds and alternative finance providers. On the borrower side you'll act for everyone from listed corporates to high-growth SMEs, on deals ranging from bilateral facilities to large syndicated and multi-jurisdictional financings.nnn ABL is the focus but not the limit. There is real exposure to acquisition finance, real estate finance, corporate lending, securitisation and debt capital markets, so you can build a genuinely broad finance practice around a specialist core.nnn Client contact comes early.
