Reach Truck Driver No Weekends Immediate Start – Chorley – £12.77 per hour + Shift Allowance
We are currently recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in Chorley.
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage and replenishment of stock throughout the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a reach truck safely and efficiently.
- Moving and storing pallets within the warehouse.
- Loading and unloading goods.
- Putting pallets into high-level racking and bringing them back down when needed.
- Replenishing picking locations.
- Carrying out daily FLT safety checks.
- Using scanners/warehouse systems to record stock movements.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organised.
- Supporting general warehouse duties when required.
About You
- Previous reach truck experience is essential.
- A valid RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent reach truck licence is preferred.
- Good understanding of warehouse health and safety.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible with shifts and overtime when required. xwwtmva
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday(rotating shift) 06:00AM-2:00PM AND 2:00pm- 10:00pmNo weekend work
Whats on Offer
- £12.77 per hour + shift allowance
- Immediate starts available
Starting rate with increase to £13.27 per hour after 12 weeks + shift allowance.
This is a temporary assignment with an opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs
