Your new role
This is an exciting position, you will be predominately office based, but there will be a requirement for warehouse cover which involves loading and unloading vehicles. Initially you be trained in the office procedures, spending time with the traffic team developing customer service skills, you will learn how the operation functions and the expectations of our customer. You will liaise with our customer ensuring the highest standards are met and then exceeded. The role requires a confident manner with the ability to continue to build relationships onsite and within our network of depots. We are looking for a person who is willing and able to work between the office and the warehouse seamlessly.
What skills do you require?
- Eagerness to learn new skills, a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally & written
- Organisational skills are paramount, adhering to deadlines, prioritising workloads
- PC skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Ability to problem solve whilst remaining calm
- B1 counterbalance FLT Experience preferred but training can be given to successful candidate

Monday Friday minimum 8hr shift between 08:00-20:00 overtime available
Due to the nature of this role, flexibility in working pattern is required to meet operational, therefore applicants must be willing to cover shifts between 08:00 22:00 for holiday and sickness cover. xwwtmva Own transport is essential due to the location and shift patterns.
