Overview
In this role you drive new business for an AI platform that helps estate and letting agents win and convert enquiries. You’ll own your pipeline, engage decision makers, and work closely with founders to shape the go-to-market approach. The role combines hunter activity with strategic relationship-building in a fast-growing AI business. You’ll have a meaningful impact on growth while enjoying a hybrid work setup and direct exposure to leadership.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own pipeline via proactive outbound activity
- Identify and engage estate and letting agents and property businesses across the UK
- Generate opportunities through calls, LinkedIn, email, networking and referrals
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and demonstrate value
- Build trusted relationships with decision makers and convert prospects to customers
- Manage sales process from outreach to closing
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline forecasts
- Collaborate with founders and commercial team to shape go-to-market strategy
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Key requirements
- 2-3+ years in Business Development, Sales Executive, Account Executive or similar
- Proven track record of generating own pipeline and winning new clients
- Confident engaging senior decision makers over phone and in meetings
- Strong commercial awareness with negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven
- Experience selling SaaS, PropTech, AI, LegalTech, MedTech or tech solutions advantageous
- Property industry experience or selling into estate/letting agencies desirable
